Content Calendar Development - one time
Your investment: $725 one-time fee In this package we create a content calendar for you and YOU create and post all content + handle engagement
Our strategy service is for brands who are just getting started with social media or those who want to post all their own content but need some extra guidance on what to post and when! We’ll talk about your social media goals and review your existing channels, then create key themes plus a content outline with suggested post topics for each day. When we’re finished, you’ll have a clear 3-month plan for implementing consistent, strategic social media for your business and the confidence to make it happen.

Reels in Person Walkthrough
Your investment: $600 one-time fee In this package we help you gather the raw footage and YOU post all content + handle engagement
Our Reels in Person Walkthrough service is perfect for brands looking to get started with reels on Instagram or TikTok. If you are feeling overwhelmed with learning the platform, figuring out what to post and how to use the technology, let us help. We will start with an in depth questionnaire and a 30 minute prep call. We will then write our your reels strategy. We will spend 2 hours with you at your chosen location and will show you exactly how to use the technology and coach you through being on camera. All recordings will then be delivered to you in a Dropbox folder.

How does it work?
This phase kicks off once the signed contract has been received and the first payment has been made.
In this phase we will:
- Gather your social media logins.
- Create a shared Dropbox folder and request your logo, photos, etc.. to be uploaded to it.
- Talk about your design and language preferences.
- We will integrate your social media accounts to our auto publishing software, Loomly.
This phase looks a bit different depending on which package you choose.
- For the baseline package we will create a simple, internal strategy for our team to use.
- For the combo and growth packages, we will create a strategy in AirTable and share it with you.
- If you are on the combo package we will also assign the posts that we will be creating in this phase.
In the creation phase we will set everything in motion with our team of content creators and designers. Graphics are designed, content is created and everything is reviewed by Crystal before it comes your way.
After the posts are created we will send them to you via our online posting software, Loomly. There you will have the opportunity to request changes and approve posts.

The best part is after the posts are approved you have a full month of content on auto pilot for you!

Baseline Presence Package
Your investment: $400 per month + added content where desired + engagement
No minimum commitment, 45-day notice required to cancel
Our baseline presence service is great for organizations who want a basic social media presence with minimal effort. Through a kickoff meeting and quarterly check-in calls, we’ll get a feel for your brand and the type of content you want to post. Then we’ll create and schedule three posts per week on up to four platforms. If you want to add extra content here and there, go for it! We leave responding to comments and messages up to you, as you know your brand and your customers best.
Combination Package
Your investment: $675 per month + additional posts based on defined strategy + engagement
Minimum commitment: 3 months
Our combination package is great for brands who want some outside help but also want to stay heavily involved in their own social media efforts. We’ll start with a strategy development that outlines your key themes and content with suggestions for five post topics per week. Then we’ll write and schedule three posts per week on up to four platforms while you commit to adding two (or more) posts per week based on the final strategy. Our monthly coaching calls will ensure you feel confident jumping in and posting regularly to balance the content we create. You’ll respond to all comments or messages and handle overall engagement on your pages.
Growth Package
Your investment: $800 per month + added content where desired + engagement
Minimum commitment: 6 months
Our growth package is for brands who want a robust social media presence focused on growing their business but want someone else to handle most of it. We start with a strategy discussion and create an outline of key themes and suggested topics by week. Then we create and schedule five posts per week on up to four platforms. You can add in-the-moment content or anything else that feels right to keep your audience engaged. As with all packages, we leave responding to comments and messages up to you as the champion of your brand.

Not a problem! We offer add-on bundles for additional posts when you need them starting at $20 per post.
Yes! Our monthly packages include graphics as part of the post content we create for you. We can also create and share Canva templates as an add-on to our strategy consultations.
We know your business needs are fluid, and we built our packages around that. If you need to shift up or shift down as your business changes, we can make it happen. All we ask is for the appropriate amount of notice as we often work ahead!
Absolutely! Our strategy consultation is a great place to start if you’re new to social media for your business and need some help deciding what platforms make the most sense. But with all of our packages we can offer advice on which initial platforms we feel fits best. Please note, that at this time we do not offer Pinterest management, but we are hoping to add it into our services soon!
Once we work out the details for your project, the first 30 days will be used for strategy and planning, with content creation taking place after the strategy has been complete. If you need a faster deadline, please note a rush fee will be added to the first month of your project.
