Logo Store
All logo store purchases are final sale. During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to submit your business name and preferred color changes—those revisions are included with your purchase.
If you’d like additional revisions beyond what’s included, we’re happy to help at our current hourly design rate. These extras will be billed separately.
No exchanges or refunds are offered for logo designs once purchased.
Paid Downloads
All downloadable products (such as PDFs, templates, or guides) are considered final sale. Due to the digital nature of these items, we do not offer refunds.
If you experience a technical issue with accessing your download, please reach out to us at cr*****@****************se.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Online Courses
We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on any of our online courses. Once enrolled, access is granted in full and all sales are final.
Services & Custom Projects
All service-based projects with Oakes Creative House are non-refundable. That said, we understand business goals can shift—and we’re open to pivoting your remaining investment toward a new direction when possible.
Any such pivot will depend on the amount of work already completed and will be discussed in good faith between both parties.
Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the suspension of services and forfeiture of access to purchased products.
