How It All Started
We first came to know Crystal through a referral and hired her to design our logo and create our website about three years ago. After that we worked with someone to do some Search Engine Optimization (SEO), but we were really focused on managing our business and thought we had our marketing covered. It didn’t take long before we realized that we needed much more in the area of marketing and Oakes Creative House, again, was the perfect fit!

Fuse3’s website design consisted of pulling together language and elements that reflected who they are as a brand. The functionality included integration with their job board software for easy user job searches.
Logo Design + Stationary
This new logo was actually thrown in as an extra thank you during the website design process when Crystal noticed that the existing logo could use a bit of a refresh. She took the initial idea and modernized it a bit!
Ongoing Marketing
After a few years of having a new website, Fuse3 turned to the question… “How do we get people to it?” We do this through strategic marketing on social platforms as well as serving their audience through informative blogging.

Challenges
As we talked with other business owners, we realized how important a strong online presence is. Digital marketing is the buzz, and apparently it has surpassed other forms of advertising. We decided it was time to step up our game and go to the next level. We wanted to get our name out in front of the clients we served and prospective clients, so they’d remember us when they needed to hire someone.
Fuse3 also specializes more in office professionals like administrators, human resources, accountants, oil and gas and IT staffing. We were getting a lot of walk-ins looking for warehouse work, which isn’t our area. For every 100 walk-ins, there was only one we could place. We needed more targeted marketing to reach people we could place and a strong digital presence on the web.
Solution
We decided to launch a digital marketing campaign, so we talked to Crystal and a few other well-known marketing firms to learn what all was available. We found the other agencies a little impersonal and extremely expensive. We had the feeling they would not ask for our input and just a give us a product and that would be it.
We already knew what we would get with Crystal: Frequent communication, a great personal touch and involvement, excellent service and creative ideas and talent. Plus, her prices are much more in-line with the budgets of a small business. We love that she is so passionate about her work and really cares about our business and doing a good job for us.
THE RESULTS
Fuse3 is now consistently in front of our current and prospective clients, who continually see our social media posts and our blog so that we will be considered when a hiring need arises. The best part is that Oakes Creative House writes all the content, posts the social media and manages our website and blog. We are free to do what we do best and don’t have to worry about our marketing.
Our new website and blog allows us to engage more with our potential candidates and is bringing in more of the type of candidates we place. One of our blogs was a Q&A where candidates could ask questions, and our recruiters provided answers.
