Our sales funnel workshop will answer ALL of these questions and more. It will be an interactive experience where you will learn how to perfect your customer journey from first impression to customer retention, receiving real-time feedback from Crystal and the Oakes Creative House Team.

What is a Sales Funnel?

A sales funnel is a visual representation of the journey a potential customer takes from initial awareness of a product or service to making a purchase.

Of course, there’s nuances to these pieces, but a sales funnel usually looks like…

Google Search/Social Media → Website → Lead Generator → Email → Purchase → Follow Up

Our workshop will help you narrow down your unique funnel and what pieces you should focus on next!

This Sales Funnel Workshop will be a hands-on working experience which means you should come ready to learn AND ready to work!

The Agenda

This agenda for our Sales Funnel Workshop is subject to change as we continue to develop the workshop! We are also taking the information forms into consideration when tweaking this agenda. However, at this time we are planning:

9-9:30 am: Getting settled and a bit of networking

9:30 – 11:30am: Focused training on sales funnels and why they work, real life examples and creation of your sales funnel strategy.

11:30am – 12:30pm: Brainstorm Lead Generators over Lunch  Light snacks will be provided. You are free to bring your lunch, have something delivered or join our group order. Microwave and fridge available.

12:30 – 1:00pm: 

1pm – 2:30pm: Hands-on work with the Oakes Creative House team

Owner of Oakes Creative House, Graphic Designer, Business Coach

Hi, I’m Crystal!

You may know me as the owner and team leader over at Oakes Creative House, but for one day, I’m your expert strategist, ready to help you walk away with a deeper understanding of how sales funnels can elevate your business.

I pull from my 15+ years of experience in business to provide you with exclusive resources to amplify your marketing strategy. I’ve strategized and implemented marketing tactics in 22 countries within 8 languages, and come from a family of entrepreneurs. Needless to say, I GET IT!

I’ve seen too many businesses suffer from not having the time, expertise or drive to build effective sales funnels, let alone take the time to understand them. It is a strategic art, and your business deserves the best. This workshop is designed to help you set aside the time needed to really lock in a sales funnel that works.

Project Manager

Evonne Barrier, owner of Barrier Consulting and the project manager here at Oakes Creative House, is our process QUEEN. She knows the ins and outs of implementing strategic processes, automations, and making things efficient.

Owning her own business, she’s been where you’re at. She knows how to build a business from scratch and apply strategic systems that allow you to reach your business and marketing goals.

She’ll be at the workshop to recommend automation systems and answer all your questions around making your business efficient.

Elizabeth Potts

Illustrator

Elizabeth is our thoughtful illustrator, designer, and soon-to-be website builder.

Social media and your website are key pieces of your sales funnel, and both should be strategic, easy to navigate, AND represent your business and brand well. Elizabeth is talented at bringing brands to life through design, helping them better connect with their audience. She loves to create and enjoys putting her creativity to good use with our clients, always learning new techniques.

She’ll be at our workshop to help you think outside the box when it comes to the designed pieces of your sales funnel.

Mandolin Skipworth

Content Writer

Mandolin is our copywriter, translating our clients thoughts, passions and business into social posts, newsletters, blogs and websites.

 

Your sales funnels should be riddled with content! From social media, to your lead generator, to your website, strategic content makes all the difference. Mandolin has experience writing strategic, user-friendly content for all of the above. She loves being able to connect to people and help them bring their business to life through writing.

 

Mandolin will be at the workshop to help answer your strategy and copywriting questions, no matter your industry!

You should bring a laptop, access to your email, a folder with your visual branding elements, and any specific questions or design examples you want critiqued.

 

It’s perfect for anyone struggling with their brand’s visuals, feeling unsure about their design choices, or wanting to learn more about the strategic use of branding elements.

This agenda is subject to change as we continue to develop the workshop! We are also taking the information forms into consideration when tweaking this agenda. However, at this time we are planning:

9am 9:30 am: Getting settled and a bit of networking

9:30 – 12pm: Focused training on the foundations of design and live critiques of our work examples

12pm – 1pm: Break for lunch. Light snacks will be provided. You are free to bring your lunch or have something delivered. We are also working on partnering with a close restaurant who can delver all at once and take orders in advance. We did this to keep ticket costs low! You can network during this time as well.

1pm – 2:30pm: Hands-on design practices in Canva + access and info about our style guide workshop

2:30 – 3pm: Group Q&A + Wrap Up

We are capping the attendance of this event to be able to offer hands on critique and help. Our team will be in the room ready to circle the room and provide hands on help. We have 1.5 hours total planned of hands on help.

Basic level Canva skills are helpful when putting this workshop to practice. If you don’t have this, we encourage you to watch the Canva training videos prior to the workshop to have an initial understanding.
