We have a standard 2-3 week turn around on image edits. We will do our very best to get these completed as quickly as possible!

You will receive your images in an online gallery. You can download images directly from the gallery to your computer.

We’ll adjust lighting, color and clean up any glaring objects that are out of place. It’s generally all you need, and your photos will look top-notch and professional (because they are!). BUT, if you want anything else retouched in the photo (clothing color, skin texture, etc.), you can do so for $10 a photo. We do offer a bulk rate for retouching as well.

In short – a lot! I don’t limit the number of photos based on the amount of time we’re together. In an hour, I can snap hundreds of photos, and I want to give you as many as possible! So, I cull down to the ones that look good and typically end up sending back around 300-400 edited photos.

Typically, no. But you can add one for $250/hr. If there are a lot of people in your group, I’ll usually recommend that you add on a second shooter to ensure we get everyone’s photo taken well.

Only if you’ve booked a styled shoot. Keep in mind that if you need to capture a lot of product photos in addition to your personal, you may need to add on additional time or a second shooter.

While we don’t have a limit on the number of people you bring to your shoot, that number may play a role in which space you rent and how long your shoot needs to be. We can discuss that in our Discovery Call to make sure we have plenty of time and space.

Most of our rented studios have furniture, but I recommend you bring your product, brochures, a computer – really anything small that you think you’d like in a photo. We can chat about some of the bigger stuff during our kick off call.

Choosing the right clothing for your photoshoot is tricky and should use a combination of pulling what works best for your body type, your age, your aesthetic and the goals you are looking to achieve with this photoshoot. Here are some tips: something you feel confident in, something comfortable, no harsh patterns, no sleeveless tops (trust me).

More than one, but don’t expect to get 10 outfits into one shoot. We can discuss what’s right for you in our call, but I recommend you bring a few outfits to increase the longevity of your photos! Plus, it’s better to have too many outfits than not enough in case one is wrinkled or wrong for the background.

An hour is an hour, so if you have to do makeup at the studio, you’re eating into your photo time. My recommendation is to come photo ready with your hair and makeup done and your first outfit on!

In the case that the date becomes an issue, a second option can be negotiated! However, no refund will be issued within 7 days of the shoot date. We’ll dive deeper into this in our contract.

The photoshoot starts at the scheduled time, so if you are late, that eats into your allotted time. When we book time at a studio, those are hard start and stop times. They often have people before you and possibly after you, so it’s important to stay within that allotted time slot.
