A Budget-Friendly, High-Quality Brand Refresh
Mini shoots are a great way to give your brand the refresh it needs without having to spend the big bucks. They’re quick, but personal. And you get to pick the location that speaks to you and your business! As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to keep your business branding fresh and updated, and photos are arguably the most important! Photos can go out of date rather quickly, so brand mini shoots are a great way to ensure your brand is up-to-date.
Why Book a Brand Mini Shoot?
Brand mini shoots are specifically held to bring your BUSINESS to life. Lifestyle shoots might get you beautiful photos of your family or even great headshots, but these branded shoots are tailored to your business. We will put you behind a desk, get shots of you working, you’ll receive a refreshed headshot and we have props for you to use already at the studio – all things you wouldn’t receive at a lifestyle minishoot. PLUS – you get a TON of photos. I don’t put a limit on the photos you receive. You get what was shot (the good ones anyway).
Meet Your Photographer
Hi, I’m Jody – a good friend of Crystal’s and fellow photographer.
Crystal and I have worked on numerous shoots together, and while she is pregnant, I have the honor of being your photographer for the Oakes Creative House brand shoots.
Now, a little about me!
I can honestly say I didn’t plan on being a photographer or creative. But, my blessed (not broken) road has led me to my true passion. I have been behind the camera since 2017, and I now know that’s exactly where I am meant to be.
You deserve to have images you LOVE. When I’m behind the camera, I make it my mission to ensure you receive authentic and captivating photos.
My FAVORITE place to shoot is White Moose Studios, but I love making magic happen all across the OKC metro. I am also a mother and business owner, so, I’ve been in your shoes and know how important opportunities like these mini shoots are for you.

FAQs
45 minutes is 45 minutes! If you are late, we’ll still take your photos, but you won’t get the 45 minutes you booked. Try to arrive about 15 minutes early to make sure you are ready to go!
We recommend 15 minutes early! We may still be shooting the person before you when you arrive, so please be courteous when you get here. You can either wait in your car, touch up in the bathroom or changing room, or hang out in the front before your turn.
Two! And take them! It’s best to have a change of outfit so your photos last longer and your audience isn’t seeing the same type of image over and over. So while we don’t require 2 outfits, we highly recommend it to get the most bang for your buck.
For minishoots, we don’t have planning sessions, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have some say in the photos we get! When you get to the location, have specific photos/inspiration you want pulled up already.
Life happens! If you’re sick or in an emergency, you can transfer your spot to somebody else (you would handle any money transfer with the person themself). Or, you could use that credit for another minishoot. However, we cannot issue refunds and would need an appropriate notice of at least 48 hours.
Think of it this way – if it can be edited in bulk, we’ll edit it! In other words, we’ll brighten the photos, make minor touch ups, and take out any photos that are unusable. If you want anything additional, we do have an add on option for additional, individual photo changes. Just ask!
While I don’t set a limit on how many photos you’ll get back, it varies per person. It depends on when you arrive, how long it takes to change between outfits, and a few other factors. You’ll get plenty back!
Yes! You can bring a few as long as they’re small and easy to carry.
You can bring up to two people with you! It’s a good idea to show mock customers using your product or working with you!
