Referral Program

We know that without amazing fans of our work such as yourself, the success we experience would not be possible. Our job is to make sure that your friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances are well taken care of and that your reputation of referring to us is always upheld to the highest standard. Thank you for spreading the word about what we do so we can continue to focus on the work that we are so passionate about.

First Things First

Like any agreement, we will get into the nitty gritty in our contract, but first, we wanted to give you a bird’s eye view of our program and what to expect. And while it may be easy to read this piece and click away, I HIGHLY encourage you to continue reading.

So, first things first. By joining this program, you are agreeing to send referrals to us. In return, Oakes Creative House agrees to treat your referrals with the highest standards and give them the best service possible. We also agree to pay you a reasonable referral fee for work you send our way.

If you are interested in signing our referral contract and getting started, please email crystal@oakescreativehouse.com.

The Rulebook

We are PUMPED to have you in our corner. Sometimes it feels like a dream to see people who can’t help but share our work with others. Even so, it’s real. And we’re glad you’re here.

And to make sure we’re all on the same page, we’ve created a few guidelines!

We work primarily with small businesses, startups and nonprofits. We offer a variety of services and price points centered around these markets. Large corporations, MLMs or national chains are not a great fit for us. Note: You cannot refer yourself or another one of your businesses and be eligible for that commission. We’re happy to do the work! You just wouldn’t receive payment.

It is your responsibility to let us know that you have sent someone our way by sending an email to crystal@oakescreativehouse.com or submit the form on this page. Just let us know who we should be expecting to hear from.

We will not be paying out past referrals that either occurred before this program rolled out, months before your client reached out to us (without an email heads up) or people that you invited to our Facebook group or email list.

No! We trust YOU and know YOU. That doesn’t mean they can’t be a part of the program, but that decision is made between us and them.

This agreement does not give you the right to act as if you are an employee or contractor of Oakes Creative House. That’s a different agreement! You should know that you are simply referring to a business that you believe in.

How to Level-Up Your Referral Game

Now that we have the nitty gritty out of the way, I wanted to offer some tips to help you get the most out of this referral program!

What about if I am already an Oakes Creative House Freelancer

Good news for you! We wrote this program with you in mind! Now you can have a place to send clients for the services you don’t offer and make a commission too!

Submit a Referral

Have someone headed our way? Let them know to put your name in the “how did you hear about us?” box on their intake form and let us know who we should be hearing from! We’ll keep track of your referrals and commission as long as you’re on top of sharing with us who you sent to us.

The Marketing Lounge

Struggling to make marketing a consistent priority? Guess what! You’re not alone. We’ve seen a lot of business owners and solopreneurs struggle with consistency in their marketing, unfortunately stripping them of immense growth and opportunity. Yikes! So, we decided to launch The Marketing Lounge, a monthly membership for entrepreneurs to continue their education and marketing with group accountability.
